It's been almost two weeks since my first "Logicrossword" puzzle was posted on this blog. I correctly predicted that it would be tougher than usual, as a total of thirteen people have solved it since then, but some of them did tell me that they successfully solved the normal version of this puzzle (as opposed to the easy one), so perhaps it wasn't too difficult after all.

Solver Josie Giles said "This is a really gorgeous puzzle. I'd love to see more like it. It proceeded very smoothly for me: deducing the only possible location for VEE from the information available, then taking an educated guess on how MERCURY/EARTH/VENUS/MARS intersected. From there it was all logic, which was very satisfying indeed. I appreciated the careful apportioning of information: enough not to feel stuck, not so much that I didn't have to work for it. Not too tough, but fun!"
Meanwhile, solver Kevin Orfield noted that "This would have taken a lot longer if I didn't have the experience of solving Grant's Logicrosswords."
